Scenario

• A doctor is enjoying a film in a movie theatre with his family. Just as one of the climaxes of the movie begins, a call comes over the loudspeakers asking if there is ‘a doctor in the house’. The doctor sees a person get up from his seat to go out, and assumes that she is a doctor, so he continues to watch the movie. The woman soon returns to her seat, and shortly thereafter another call for a doctor is made. This time the doctor goes outside to see the patient. Unfortunately, the patient dies, because he did not receive immediate medical attention when the first call for a doctor was made.
