Scenario

• Decide whether you think that the following persons charge with crimes would have a good defence, giving reasons for your answers:

–A seven year old child, who is accompanying his father to visit his mother in the maternity ward, wanders off and steals a cellphone from the top of the closet of a sleeping patient – and hides it from his parents, but is later found out.

–A nursing sister who has an alcohol problem, and is too intoxicated to remember the correct dose for the treatment, injects a patient with the wrong dose of a medication, and the patient dies.
