- 2. A psychiatric nurse tells the psychiatrist, who is treating the patient, about a habit that the patient has which might undermine his treatment of the patient – even though the patient has asked that the nurse keeps the information confidential.
- 3. A gynaecologist terminates the three months pregnancy of a 10 year old school girl without her parent’s consent, because the girl does not want her parents to know.
