Limitations on freedom of association Scenario

• The 10 students, who tested positive after attending their previously mentioned examination success celebration with 290 other students in the community hall, are reluctant to ‘self-isolate’ at home, ‘because it would be very boring’. They want to have the freedom to walk around the city and its parks. They also want to meet their friends at restaurants and bars.
